    3. Working process of blister packaging:

    a. Mold making processing: According to requirements sample specifications, first make a pipe centrifugal pump a blister mold. Under normal conditions, plaster is used to make blister packaging molds, but wood carving metal carving products are also used as molds. After the mold is made, let it dry completely dry naturally. Then, according to the specific situation of the product surface, use 1-2 mm drill to drill many small holes in the low recesses that do affect the appearance of the product packaging, if it is packaging For products such as boxes, some small holes must be drilled on the four sides so that the air can be drawn out during blister production. After the mold is completely dried, install the mold into the upper iron plate of the vacuum chamber, then load the plastic sheet into the applicable specifications according to the mold size, then put the sheet into the heated wooden cabinet to make it completely fixed , Then put the wooden cabinet together with the plastic sheet on the constant temperature furnace for softening treatment.


    c. Put the softened plastic sheet together with the wooden cabinet in the vacuum chamber, turn on the suction switch to suck the air in the vacuum chamber clean, after the plastic sheet cools, you will get the same concave packaging process mold as the mold.


    d. Blister packaging finishing; trimming finishing the produced products is the finished product, which can be sold after packaging.
